Internal platform built to bring Zoho development into a reliable Git-based workflow, making it easier for technical teams to sync, inspect, version, and push code with confidence.

It connects Zoho CRM, Creator, and Recruit in one place, combining selective sync controls, Bitbucket automation, and clear operational visibility across projects and resources.

What Mattered

Context

Zoho development can get hard to follow when code lives across CRM, Creator, and Recruit. This project was built to give technical teams a clearer way to sync, inspect, version, and debug that work from one place.

Things I handled

01Brought different Zoho resources into a Git based workflow without forcing the team to manage each product separately.
02Saved previous versions before refreshes, so changed resources could be updated with less risk.
03Added searchable logs and project state visibility to make sync issues easier to understand.

Key Features

A DevOps layer for moving Zoho code into a safer, more manageable Git workflow.

Multi-product Zoho workspace

CRM, Creator, and Recruit are managed from a single interface, covering functions, scripts, widgets, and app structure without splitting the workflow across tools.

Selective sync and safe versioning

Refresh logic compares remote metadata against stored state so only changed resources are updated, while previous versions are saved before overwrite for rollback and history inspection.

Bitbucket repository automation

Bitbucket integration creates repositories on demand and pushes Zoho resources into structured paths, reducing manual setup and keeping delivery consistent.

Operational visibility and debugging

Realtime logs, searchable history, and status tracking make sync activity, failures, and project state easier to inspect and troubleshoot.
